These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website googlemapreview.com and the services provided by Golden Key Web Design, operating as Google Review Expert ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Description

We provide Google review reputation management consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Google review monitoring, analysis, and response writing
• Review dispute preparation and filing guidance
• Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and management
• Local search engine optimization (SEO)
• Reputation strategy consulting

Our services are advisory and consultative in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to review removal, rating improvements, or ranking changes.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are engaging our services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Grant appropriate access to your Google Business Profile when required for service delivery
• Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
• Not engage in any activities that violate Google's Terms of Service or content policies
• Not request or expect us to create, purchase, or incentivize fake reviews

4. Payment Terms

• Service fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement

5. Cancellation Policy

• Month-to-month plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
• Annual plans may be cancelled after the commitment period with 30 days' notice
• Early termination of annual plans may be subject to an early termination fee as specified in your service agreement
• Upon cancellation, any outstanding work in progress will be completed through the end of the current billing period

6. No Guarantees

We explicitly do not guarantee:

• The removal of any specific Google review
• A specific Google star rating
• Specific Google Maps or local search ranking positions
• A specific number of new positive reviews
• Any particular business outcome or revenue increase

Google retains sole discretion over review removal decisions and search ranking algorithms. Our role is to apply professional expertise and best practices to improve your reputation, but outcomes are inherently variable.

7. Compliance

All services we provide comply with Google's Terms of Service and content policies. We will never:

• Create, purchase, or solicit fake reviews
• Offer incentives in exchange for reviews
• Engage in review gating practices
• Use automated bots or software to generate reviews
• Impersonate customers or businesses

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and tools, is the property of Golden Key Web Design and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, review data, or strategy details to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. This obligation survives the termination of our service relationship.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Key Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Key Web Design, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
